Send a CAD drawing or sketch of the building with clear height, column positions, doors and sprinklers; pallet dimensions and weight per unit load; number of SKUs and pallet positions required; forklift type and lift height; and the throughput pattern (FIFO or LIFO). Our engineers return a layout drawing and load data report free of charge.

Which steel and surface treatment are used in your racking?

Structural components are roll-formed from Q235B and Q355B steel supplied by major Chinese mills such as Baosteel, Masteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel. Parts go through degreasing and rust removal, electrostatic powder coating and curing at 180°C on a 220-meter automatic line. Hot-dip galvanizing is available for humid or cold-storage environments.

Yes. Every project ships with an English installation manual and drawings, and our engineers provide online guidance during assembly. For larger or automated projects, an installation team can be dispatched to site.

How is racking packed for export shipping?

Accepted Answer

Uprights and beams are bundled with multi-tier steel strapping, while accessories such as bolts, safety pins and connectors are packed in cartons on plywood pallets to prevent transit damage and simplify customs inspection and on-site sorting.

Which racking system gives the highest storage density?

Accepted Answer

Drive-in racking, radio shuttle racking and AS/RS offer the highest density. Drive-in suits few SKUs with LIFO flow, radio shuttle adds FIFO capability and is common in cold storage, and AS/RS delivers maximum height utilization with full automation and WMS integration.
